Vintage Navy Pennant "circa 1940"

Vintage Navy Pennant "circa 1940" with a leather sailor sewn on the pennant! The sailor itself looks hand painted and any Navy fan would love to frame and display in his/her home. I see embossed on the leather is " US Naval Hospital Great Lakes Illinois". A true piece of Naval history that could be handed down from generation to generation!

The pennant is in good condition. and RARE!
